Residents of skilled-nursing facility enjoying dental services at ‘home’

(Medford) Memorial Nursing & Rehab Center residents no longer need to travel outside their home to receive routine dental care. Funded by a grant from Wal-Mart, a local dental provider has begun offering mobile dentistry services at Memorial Nursing & Rehab Center in Medford. Not only does this service enhance the care provided to Memorial Nursing & Rehab Center’s residents, but it also grants these residents the convenience and comfort of receiving dental exams and teeth cleanings where they live. Memorial Nursing & Rehab Center is an entity of Memorial Health Center, an Aspirus partner.

Mobile dentistry services are now available at Memorial Nursing & Rehab Center, enabling residents like Melvin Blasel (pictured) to receive routine dental care without needing to make a trip to the dentist’s office.
