OB/GYN Joins Memorial Health Center

Dr. John Itnyre, MD, a physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, has recently joined the medical staff of Memorial Health Center. 

Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Itnyre has over 30 years of experience providing exceptional heath care to women. As an OB/GYN, Dr. Itnyre specializes in the treatment of women before, during, and after pregnancy, and in caring for women’s reproductive health. His longest tenure was at Medical Arts Group, PC in Cadillac, Michigan for 18 years and after that at Women’s Health Specialists, PC in Cadillac, Michigan for 11 years.

Dr. Itnyre earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, and performed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. He is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

“I’m excited to join Memorial Health Center and to continue to provide excellence in health care,” says Dr. Itnyre. “My time here has been a very positive experience, both at Memorial Health Center and in the community. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful.” 

Dr. Itnyre grew up in Detroit, Michigan, but has lived in Cadillac, Michigan for the past 30 years. He recently relocated to Medford to practice medicine with the OB/GYN team at Memorial Health Center. Dr. Itnyre and his wife, Kathy, have four grown children and eight grandchildren. His hobbies include spending time with his family and photography.
