Floor Plan to Memorial Health Center's First Floor

If you have a:

• scheduled appointment for a hospital service,
• scheduled appointment with a physician at Memorial Health Center Clinics - Medford,
• wish to visit a patient in the hospital, or
• need to utilize the Urgent Care Services

     please enter the new facility through the Main entrance (circled in green on above floor plan) and stop at the Registration desk to 'check-in'. Darla, Jenny or Amanda will greet you at the Registration desk from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

NOTE: There is an incline to the main entrance. If you need a level walking/parking environment, you may park in the Emergency entrance parking spaces and enter our facility through the Emergency Entrance (circled in red on above floor plan). Proceed to the general Registration desk.
